If you find that you need to return an item, please review our return policy below, to determine if your requirements meet our return policy guidelines
All media (ie: vinyl, cassette, CD, etc), sale items,
are considered final sale, unless you receive a damaged product, or an item(s) not fit for purpose. Please inspect your order upon reception and
contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
You will be required to return the item in the condition that you received it,
within 10 business days of receipt of the item for a refund or exchange. If item isn't received back in set amount of time, you will void your refund or warranty.
How to RETURN A PRODUCT:
1. Login to your Paypal account and locate the activity tab, or refer to your mail inbox, and locate the PayPal email which has the Transaction I.D. associated with your purchase of this product.
Please Note: We cannot accept a return without your transaction I.D. and proof of purchase.
2. Click
THIS LINK HERE, to send the Sales Team an email informing us of your wish to return a product purchased from this site. Please make sure you fill in the (pre typed) fields which are located in the body of the email so we can accurately locate your purchase information.
3. When filling out the a REASON FOR RETURN please choose one of the three options :
A. Product was received damaged.
B. The wrong product was sent (not the product I purchased).
C. I wish to exchange this product for another product of the exact same value.
Please Note: We cannot accommodate this request if the returned product is damaged in anyway, or not in its original packaging. We cannot accept any product returns for any reasons outside of the three choices we have listed.
4. Please allow us up to 48 hours to respond, If your return request is accepted, we will send you the information required to send us back the product.
Please Note: The package is your responsibility until it reaches us. Please send your return prepaid via a shipping service that can be tracked. Be sure to keep your receipt, We cannot guarantee refunds for returns sent via a non-traceable method. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
