Welcome back to the Draft Pick Mix Show.

It is with a heavy heart that I write this, as I have just completed the Prodigy of Mobb Deep tribute mix. It seems wrong to confine my tribute to just 60 minutes when the effects he had on me and hip hop are infinite. It is truly a miracle that I could choose only the few songs in this mix when he has so many bangers!!

I’ve tried to include songs that people easily identify with him and Mobb Deep, but also lesser known songs and feature appearances, this was no mean feat as he has appeared with just about everybody.

This mix is hosted by D Shanks and I hope it helps inspire the younger talent coming up, the way his music has inspired me!! Enjoy
